Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions or peak periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

Estimated international delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier, destination, customs, weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information is sent to the checkout email after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Customs and import charges

Import duties, taxes and local handling charges are not included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

Delays, loss and delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, email us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier. We are not responsible for parcels confirmed delivered to the address supplied, but we will help investigate.
