Return & Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact [email protected] before sending an item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Final-sale items, gift cards, personalised goods and hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless faulty or required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photographs so we can assess the issue.

Return shipping

Return instructions and the return address are provided after approval. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt; we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 7–10 business days. Original delivery charges and import fees are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

For the fastest replacement, return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
