How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated international delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs checks and peak periods may take longer.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email used at checkout after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfilment.
Which size should I choose?
Use our Size Guide and compare it with a similar garment you already own. Product-specific fit notes appear on each product page.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unworn items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review the Return & Refund Policy before sending anything back.
Are duties included?
Import taxes, customs duties and local handling charges are not included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
